Your next moves

Make the lesson yours.

  1. Plan tomorrow on paper and tidy one small space.
  2. Open the Unplugged Break below. The short video introduces the activity; allow time to complete it away from your screen.
  3. Name one change that makes starting your next task easier.
  4. Complete the chapter reflection and save your portfolio work. Your instructor may run the chapter game and quiz separately.

Your activity / Right here

Bring a notebook. Begin below.

The activity is included on this page. Work on paper or in your own document; keep your first attempt and the evidence you checked.

Luna's Unplugged Break

Luna says: dogs do not scroll. No phone. About 15 minutes.

Two small jobs, both in the real world.

1. Plan tomorrow on paper. Write three things you will do tomorrow, when you will do them, and one if-then plan.

2. Tidy one physical space. Pick your backpack, your desk, or one drawer. Toss what you do not need. Give the things you use every day a home.

Why it matters: when your plan is on paper and your things have a home, your attention is free for the work itself.

Values Check

Look back at the core values you wrote in Chapter 2. Which value deserves some of your five extra hours? Write one sentence connecting that value to a specific block on your schedule.

Exit Ticket

One thing I will keep human this week, and why:

Pause & reflect

What changed in your thinking?

Write one sentence in your notebook. Name what you checked, what you chose, or what you want to explore next.

Hi, I'm Luna. Dogs don't keep planners, but we always know where our toys are. Mostly. Here's your challenge. Put your phone in another room. Grab a pen and a scrap of paper. First, plan tomorrow. Write three things you'll do, when you'll do them, and one if-then plan. Second, tidy one space. Your backpack, your desk, or one drawer. Toss what you don't need. Give the things you use every day a home. When your plan is on paper and your stuff has a home, your attention is free for what matters. See you next chapter.
Before you use an AI tool

Follow your course or institution's rules. Use an instructor-approved tool that permits your age, and meet any required consent conditions. Keep names, contact details, school records, and other private information out of prompts. Use fictional examples when you can.

Learning without an AI account

Follow the demonstration, pause before each answer, and do the reasoning on paper. Discuss what you would ask, how you would check it, and which decisions would remain yours.
